Mission and Objectives


The Mission of the specialised metallurgical equipments manufacturing company is to design and manufacture quality mechanical equipment inexpensively for the Steel Industry in India & Abroad. Some of the standard products manufactured by the company for the last 15 years include:-
	INTERMETAL Slide Gate System for Bottom Pouring Ladles and Tundishes.
	LANOX™ Oxygen Lancing System for Steel Plants & Foundries.
	OXYTHRM Cutting System for Cutting Stainless Steels in Steel Plants & Foundries.
	LAVOX Thermic Cutting System for Cutting RCC / Refractories and other difficult applications such as Ladle opening, Slag & Skull Cutting, especially when mixed with Refractory.
	Assemblies for Continuous Casting Mechanism.
	Bag Clamping Mechanism including a Slide Gate for Bagging for Food, Pharma, Chemicals and Abrasive Materials.

The company specialises in carrying out import substitution, in particular assemblies for Corex Plant for M/s. Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Limited – Bellary, M/s. Essar Steel Ltd. – Surat etc.

The Company is now in the process of developing critical components such as Six Hole Lance Tip Assembly for Top Blown Oxygen Injection, a product which is simultaneously subjected to chilled water, liquid oxygen at minus 20⁰ C as well as liquid steel at 1700⁰ C.
