NOTE Inspection carried out:-
1. Witness to no load performance test of hydraulic cylinder.  Slide Gate working checked by manually operating the Extension rod.
2. Visual and Dimensional check carried out and found dimensions within tolerance limits.  All items seen in finished conditions, duly painted for heat affected zones.  Other zones coated with ‘japan black; to avoid corrosion during transportation.  All three slide gate housings stamped as ‘ cv ‘ near Sr. No.
3. Reviewal of Manufacturer’s Test Certificates – Satisfactory including Motor Test Certificates.
4. Packing witnessed and approved.  Each Carton / Pallet affixed with BVIS round seal and released for despatch.
